BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Minimum of 2 guests required for tours to run. If you are a single guest you may still be able to join others on the tour so please ask.
  • Prices stated are per person, in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are subject to change.
  • We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Debit Cards for the deposit over the phone and full payment on the day using a secure Square card reader. Secure online deposits can be made using PayPal.Me from within Australia or overseas using PayPal.
  • If you need to cancel or change the date of your guided tour, the following applies:
  • * 14 or more days before your tour departure date: full refund of the 20% deposit
  • * Less than 14 days before your tour departure date: 20% cancellation charge (i.e. forfeit of your deposit)
  • Once tour has departed no portion of the payment is refundable.
  • Fares, tour itineraries and all information on this website are correct at the time of publishing.

WEATHER POLICY

  • Guided tours will proceed if it is raining. Please bring a rain jacket for all tours, otherwise we can lend you one on the day.
  • Guided tours may not proceed if extreme weather is expected.
  • Into The Wild Nature Tours Australia reserves the right to cancel a tour in cases of extreme weather, or where the National Parks and Wildlife Service close a park due to fire danger.
  • Should a guided tour not proceed, guests will be reimbursed the deposit price paid for the tour, but otherwise shall have no claim whatsoever (including no claim for travel expenses or any other ‘out of pocket’ expenses) relating to the cancellation of a tour.
